These sessions may consist of learning a dance style, tantric meditations, personalized therapy through dance movement (embodiment), talk therapy, emotional maturity practices, massage and coaching.

Consists of assessing & getting to know your life's story, lifestyle, needs, intentions & ways I could help you.
Includes getting to know you, your intentions and needs.

One Month, 1 time per week (With a week-off if necessary)
Should be completed in 4 to 6 weeks time.

10 META Session Package
3 months, 1-2 times per week (With a week-off if necessary)
Should be completed in 4 months time.
Investment : 3960€
